In China, nearly 5 million people drive electric delivery tricycles on the street every day. This phenomenon appeared after the fast-paced development of the internet economy, and now they are everywhere no matter what the weather is, becoming a unique landscape of this country. During the pandemic, they became the lifelines of the daily supply for people who were stuck in their homes.

We will drive four delivery tricycles loaded with student works into the exhibition space. Then our students’ team will paint, photograph, and erase different content on the tricycles repetitively every day. In the end, making the taken images into stop-motion animation. We would like to explore a series of topics within it, including the landscape of our era, time, our imagination and doubts, illusion, the presence and interaction of theatre, the extinction and tactility of performance, and new possibilities for outdoor exhibition…
